With a “Less is more” approach and an elegant look and feel, this broker catalogue not only gives readers the information they’re interested in regarding floor plans, shared amenities and what’s in their neighbourhood-to-be, but also paints them a quiet, luxurious picture of the lifestyle they’re aspiring to.
These spreads are highlights of the 40+ pages in the Broker Catalogue, which included floor plans, area maps, images of every room staged, lists of optional materials, flooring and appliances, and concept art of the shared amenities throughout the development.
